Guaranteed next-day delivery
Every confirmed parts order is guaranteed for delivery on the next business day. Weekends are excluded from the guarantee: an order confirmed on Friday is scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Same-day delivery
Orders confirmed before 10:00 may be delivered on the same day. Same-day delivery is offered where the destination and delivery route allow, and will be confirmed with the order.
Order confirmation
The delivery timing begins once the correct part reference, quantity, payment and delivery details have been confirmed. We will provide the applicable delivery timing as part of the order confirmation.
Delivery area and receipt
Delivery is available within our supported service areas in the United Arab Emirates. The recipient must provide a complete address and reachable contact person, and ensure someone authorised is available to receive and inspect the order.
Delivery issues
Visible damage, missing packages or quantity differences should be reported promptly at receipt. If an exceptional event outside our reasonable control affects delivery, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and arrange the earliest available delivery.
Collection
Where collection is requested, the collection point and readiness time will be confirmed before arrival.
