Return eligibility
Return rights are available subject to the written terms confirmed for the product and order. A return request must be approved before any item is sent or delivered back to us.
Condition requirements
- The item should be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition.
- Original packaging, labels, seals, accessories and documentation should be complete.
- Proof of purchase and the confirmed part reference are required.
- The request must be made within the return period stated in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation.
Non-standard products
Special-order, programmed, coded, opened electrical or electronic, installed, used, damaged or customer-specific products may not be returnable unless they are defective, incorrectly supplied or return is required under applicable law.
Incorrect or damaged supply
If an incorrect item, shortage or visible damage is identified, contact us promptly with the invoice number, photographs and packaging details. Do not install a product that appears incorrect or damaged.
Inspection and outcome
Returned products are inspected before approval. An accepted return may result in replacement, credit or refund according to the agreed commercial terms. Delivery and sourcing charges may be non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
