Warranty coverage
Parts supplied by Anatolia Auto Trading carry warranty coverage according to the product brand, manufacturer, supplier and the written terms stated in the quotation, invoice or product documentation. Warranty periods and remedies can differ between products.
Conditions
- The part must match the confirmed reference and intended vehicle application.
- Installation must be completed correctly by a suitably qualified technician.
- Proof of purchase and relevant installation or diagnostic information may be required.
- The product must not have been altered, misused or damaged after delivery.
Typical exclusions
Unless required otherwise by applicable law or written product terms, warranty generally does not cover normal wear, incorrect fitment, external damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, contamination, electrical faults originating elsewhere in the vehicle or failure to follow installation instructions.
Making a claim
Contact us promptly with the invoice number, part reference, vehicle details, installation information, fault description and supporting photographs or diagnostic reports. The part may need to be returned for supplier or manufacturer inspection before a remedy is confirmed.
Available remedy
Depending on the applicable warranty terms and inspection result, the remedy may be repair, replacement, credit or another solution agreed in writing.
